PEUGEOT PRESENTS EXPANDED LINE UP, PREVIEWS E-2008 EV AT MIAS 2023 | Motourismo
Driven by the brand promise to bring the power of Allure to its customers, PEUGEOT, the fastest-growing auto brand1 in the Philippines, continues to accelerate its momentum into 2023 with an expanded model range.
On the opening day of the 2023 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS), PEUGEOT Philippines brand head Maricar Parco introduced new model variants, reaffirming the brand’s commitment to offer Filipinos the opportunity to drive a truly European car that provides pure exhilaration.
“I am proud to announce that the PEUGEOT 3008 SUV and the PEUGEOT 5008 SUV will now be available in two variants: Active and Allure. With two variants, each with its own character and persona, our discerning Filipino customers will have a wider selection of PEUGEOT vehicles to choose from to find the best match for their lifestyle needs,” said Parco.
The Allure remains the top-grade variant for the PEUGEOT 3008 SUV and the PEUGEOT 5008 SUV. The Active variant delivers the same performance from the 1.6-liter Twin Scroll Turbo High Pressure (THP) engine as Allure, but with varying design elements and amenities at a more accessible price point. The PEUGEOT 3008 Active SUV is priced at PHP 2,090,000 and the PEUGEOT 5008 Active SUV is priced at PHP 2,275,000. Customers shopping for a new PEUGEOT can expect to see both Allure and Active variants on display at the MIAS. Test drives of the PEUGEOT 2008, 3008 and 5008 SUVs will also be available for customers at the auto show.

For a limited time only, PEUGEOT is offering additional discounts on top of current promo offers on all vehicle reservations made at the MIAS or in any PEUGEOT dealership nationwide from April 13 to 16, 2023. Low-interest financing plans2 are also offered in partnership with Security Bank. New vehicles purchased will come with one-year free emergency roadside assistance supported by Ibero Asistencia, a global provider of roadside assistance services.

The brand is also showcasing the PEUGEOT E-2008 at the MIAS, giving Filipinos a glimpse into the Lion brand’s upcoming electrification initiative for the market with the introduction of new models and technologies to its range.
“The PEUGEOT E-2008 taking centerstage at our MIAS display is intended to give our customers a preview of the future with PEUGEOT. It is a symbol of our goal to give as many people as possible access to electrified mobility,” said Parco.
Also attending the MIAS, Daniel Gonzalez, COO for ASEAN & General Distributors, Stellantis, said “Our goal is to provide more sustainable mobility options for our customers and exceed their expectations, a key element of the Stellantis Dare Forward 2030 strategic plan. We aim to become an industry leader in the fight against climate change, achieve net zero carbon emissions globally by 2038 and introduce more than 75 BEVs by 2030. To achieve this, we have a substantial electrified product line-up coming soon.”
Globally, PEUGEOT has bold targets for electrification, aiming to have a 100% fully electric line-up in Europe by 2030.
On a growth trajectory

Stellantis has accredited Eurorepar Car Service as its supplier for maintenance parts beginning the first quarter of this year. With Eurorepar’s proven reliability and full range of replacement parts, PEUGEOT owners with out-of-warranty vehicles now have an option for more reasonably priced parts and can continue to enjoy PEUGEOT service at authorized service centers.
